GENERAL

1. When making a booking the guest must declare to have read and agree to the terms & conditions 

2. The minimum age for this retreat is 18 years

PAYMENT

1. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total sum is payable at the time of booking

2. The remainder must be paid 12 weeks before departure

3. For reservations made less than 12 weeks before departure, the full holiday price is payable at time of booking

 

CANCELLATION

1. If the agreement is canceled by the traveler, Delta Yoga will charge the traveler the following cancellation costs in addition to any deposits owed:

2. In case of cancellation up to the 84th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the deposit;

3. In case of cancellation from the 84th calendar day (inclusive) to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the deposit plus 30% of the remaining travel sum

4. In case of cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 21st calendar day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the deposit plus 50% of the remaining travel sum

5. In case of cancellation from the 21st calendar day (inclusive) until the day of departure: the full travel sum

6. Delta Yoga does not offer a discount for shortened stay (later arrival, earlier departure)

COVID-19 RELATED CANCELLATION

1. If there are Covid-19 related travel restrictions 14 days before departure, Delta Yoga will cancel the retreat and the traveler may choose to receive a full refund of all payments or to make a booking for the future retreat dates.

LIABILITY

1. Delta yoga is not liable for injuries / illnesses sustained by the traveler during the retreat and / or the journey from / to the retreat. The traveler is responsible for his / her physical well-being

2. Delta Yoga is not liable for damage and / or loss to / of personal property during the retreat

3. Delta Yoga is not liable for unusual or unpredictable events; including strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, accidents by third parties, technical problems with accommodation, fire, theft, flooding and weather conditions. In the case of one / more of the above, refunds and compensations are not possible

4. Delta Yoga has the right to pass on any costs to the traveler if the traveler is responsible for damage and / or loss to the accommodation / property

5. Delta Yoga expects the traveler to treat the accommodation / property with respect and to leave it neatly at the end of the retreat

6. It is not allowed to smoke inside. Smoking outside is permitted, provided that other travellers are not bothered by this and ash and others are cleaned up by the traveler

 

INSURANCE

1. In case of booking one of the mountain retreats, the participant is obliged to take out travel insurance with mountaineering coverage

2. In case of all other retreats It is advisable to take out travel insurance

3. It is advisable to also take out cancellation insurance for the case of injury just before the trip
