PERSONAL TRAING & COACHING

Delta Yoga offers private yoga & meditation training and coaching at home in 't Gooi: in Hilversum, Laren and Bussum or other locations on request. After a free intake (call), we will plan the sessions together. I will visit your home with all the required supplies and props. We can also plan online sessions or sessions at external locations like yoga studio's, but this last option entails extra costs and is based on availability of the spaces.

Private sessions are tailored around your personal needs and wishes. Many people choose private training & coaching over groups lessons because:

  • You prefer personal coaching, direct feedback and hands on assists

  • You don't like busy group classes

  • You have a busy schedule and find it difficult to make time for yoga & meditation

  • You experience stress or burn-out and you need personal attention and support 

  • You have an injury and you are looking for a safe and healing practice

  • You want to learn more about specific topics such as asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) or meditation

  • You would like to develop a DIY home practice and want some help getting you on the right track

Most of my clients prefer to plan the sessions at their homes. It is also possible to rent a studio space in the area if you prefer. - but this is based on availability and entrails extra costs. The sessions can be attended by one or two people.   • 60min single session - €80

  • 60min 5 sessions - €350

90 MINUTES SESSIONS 

  • Intake - free

  • 90min single session - €110

  • 90min 5 sessions - €490

PRIVATE 8-WEEK MBSR MINDFULNESS TRAINING 

  • €720 single training or €560 per person duo training

  • Costs can (partially) be reimbursed by insurance or employer

ABOUT THE TRAINER

 

My name is Barbara van der Meer. I am an experienced and fully certified yoga & meditation teacher (E-RYT500) and mindfulness trainer (category 1). In the past few years I have provided over 2000 hours of yoga and meditation training in the Netherlands and abroad.  It's my job to help people use present moment awareness and focused energy to reach their full potential. My work field ranges from corporate offices and yoga retreat centers to high mountains all over the world. ​Even though these environments seem to differ greatly, I see the same things happening to my clients across all these fields. Whether it is in an office-training, on a yoga mat or during a mountaineering expedition: I see people that are challenged, people that find connection to their own bodies and senses, and people that are inspired to live life to the fullest. 

As a yoga teacher I value anatomically correct and safe movements with lots of attention for the breath. I offer many different styles of yoga: ranging from active vinyasa yoga to slow and meditative types of yoga.  I combine tools from various yoga and mediation traditions based on your preferences and my insight into what might be helpful. 

I am specialised in supporting clients who experience stress and burn-out. But I also train people that simply want to be more fit & flexible, or who want to learn to meditate for example.

Graag beveel ik de privé yogalessen van Barbara aan bij diegenen die (terugkeer naar) een yogaklas overwegen of graag een paar op de persoon afgestemde yogaflows voor thuis willen hebben. In een paar privélessen heb ik met Barbara een 5-tal ochtend- en avondflows stap voor stap grondig doorgenomen en geoefend. Barbara legt helder uit wat de intentie is van een pose en waar op te letten om die goed en veilig uit te voeren. De geluidsopnamen van de instructies van Barbara herinneren me aan de plezierige privélessen en helpen me om thuis mijn yoga practice te continueren.
